Food and Beverage Services NC II is a TESDA-Registered short course/program that will provide you knowledge, skills, and attitude in Food and Beverage Services in accordance with the standards of the hotel industry or any other food-related businesses. This program also includes the provision of room service, preparing tables, cleaning and clearing food service areas in businesses such as restaurants, hotels, resorts, and cruise liners.  The program will teach them how to develop rapport with the guests and embody the right attitude of being a Food and Beverage Attendant.

Schedule of Classes

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (1pm to 5pm)

 

Course Duration

WEEKDAY CLASS –  4 1/2 months

excluding On-the-Job Training (OJT) hours

* OJT is optional and the duration depends on the OJT sites that students are required to finish.

 

Certification

Trainees who have undergone training are required to take the TESDA National Competency Assessment.  Certification is provided to those who meets the competency standards. Trainees shall also obtain School Training Certificate to be issued by Five Star Standard College upon completion of the requirements.

Admission Requirements

1. Form 138/Report Card or Transcript of Records
2. 2 pcs. 2×2 picture (white background, shirt with collar)
3. Photocopy of NSO-issued Birth Certificate
4. NBI Clearance or Police Clearance
5. Barangay Health Certificate or Medical Certificate (Referral slip shall be given at FSSC)
